LETTER TO THE EDITOR – MARCH 2002 Thank you for your site! It is very informative and helpful. I wonder if you can comment on taking 1000 mg of vitamin-C whilst on Coumadin (a blood thinner). TH, USA Editor: I am not aware of any interaction between vitamin C and warfarin (Coumadin). However, high doses of vitamin-E combined with warfarin could increase bleeding tendency. |
